Terms and Conditions:
1. Subscription Duration:
- BASIC 6: This subscription grants the subscriber access to two of Naphash Nephesh’s Reiki Sessions each month for a period of three months from the date of purchase.
- Taster Package: This subscription must be used within 1 year of purchase.
- Personal one-on-one reiki and Sound Healing sessions: Must be used on the date they are scheduled for. 24-hour notification of the need to reschedule must be given.
- Small Group packages: The dates and times of these sessions will be arranged in advance. At the time of booking a 50% deposit will be required. Payment in full is required 24 hours prior to the first meeting up time.
2. Reservation Confirmation:
- The subscriber must confirm their attendance for each Reiki session they plan to attend at least one week prior to the scheduled session date.
- A reminder email will be sent to the subscriber one week prior to each session date to facilitate confirmation.
- Failure to confirm attendance may result in the loss of the subscriber’s spot.
3. Guarantee of Availability:
- Naphash Nephesh is committed to offering your secured spot weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
- In the event that Naphash Nephesh fails to provide the agreed-upon sessions in any given month, the subscriber will be entitled to compensation as outlined in these terms below.
4. Benefits:
- The GROUP subscription includes:
- The subscriber’s spot at a confirmed session is reserved in advance.
- The subscriber is entitled to a 10% discount on private sessions and workshops offered by Naphash Nephesh.
- The subscriber will receive event reminder emails to facilitate attendance confirmation and planning.
5. Compensation for Unfulfilled Sessions:
- If Naphash Nephesh fails to provide the sessions as specified in these terms, the subscriber will be compensated:
- Compensation may include an extension of the subscription period or a partial refund, as determined by Naphash Nephesh.
6. General Terms:
- This subscription is non-transferable and non-refundable, except as provided for in these terms.
- Naphash Nephesh reserves the right to make changes to the schedule of group sessions, provided that reasonable notice is given to subscribers.
- These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Naphash Nephesh.
7. Agreement:
- By purchasing a subscription, the subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
